Outreach Support

Sensory Super Stars offers individualised sensory support for students, working with all stakeholders to support an inclusive environment so that they can achieve their full potential.

Sensory Super Stars gives students, parents and teaching staff various levels of support. Completing an in situ or virtual observation of a student, writing an action plan with SMART targets, working in conjunction with EHCPs and all professionals including outside agencies. Upskilling staff in an inclusive sensory approach (where necessary), writing full reports with easily implementable recommendations and strategies to aide learning are all at the forefront of our work in education settings. Currently able to offer EOTAS sensory activities for children at home, who are unable to be supported in education settings.

As a teaching professional, I understand how incorporating sensory approaches, breaks, snacks and experiences can potentially be quite daunting. Sensory Super Stars have a great deal of experience in building on staff confidence in all things sensory and have often needed to adapt the curriculum to be age and ability appropriate for all sensory needs.

Sensory Super Stars has particular expertise with students exhibiting Autistic and ADHD traits. Sensory Super Stars has worked with all diversities: PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties), CLDD (Complex Learning Difficulties and Disabilities) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties). Having worked with all ages of children exhibiting a large range of behaviours and having extensive experience with various conditions, Sensory Super Stars can inform planning, targets, create activities to support sensory needs as well as help with assessing their EHCP targets.
