Returns Policy

We aim to ensure that all products purchased reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us and we will get a replacement for you (this applies to the items within the box). We do not accept returns for items that are defective after you and the recipient have played with them; though please contact us if this happens within 10 days of your item being delivered, and we will do our best to help you.

 

If you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item on returns@sensorysuperstars.co.uk and we will do our best to help resolve your query.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days, dependent on your mode of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

 

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund unless it is faulty or damaged before use.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at:

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges for the UK can be requested if products are faulty or damaged and fall within the 30 day period by sending us an email at:

Shipping

To return your product, you should first contact us at:

returns@sensorysuperstars.co.uk.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £20, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
